Your child’s first period is an important moment and it deserves to be met with tenderness, not anxiety.
My First Moon is a guided journal that gently holds space for this transition. Created by a mother for her own daughter and illustrated with original watercolors, it invites young people to slow down, listen, trust themselves and celebrate this meaningful moment.
